The Group has a state of the art facility for inter-looping knitted fabrics. The machines are pre-fitted with lycra yarn attachments and ultra- modern fabric scanners to knit fault-free fabric. The machines are capable of knitting single jersey, rib structures, interlock, pique, double pique, honey-combed structures, fleece, etc with or without lycra. |

| Fabric Processing |

The fabric processing unit boasts of mercerizing machine, continuous dyeing machine, 12 colour rotary printing machine with 60" working width, continuous ageing and curing machine, continuous washing machine as also finishing machine to process corduroy, suiting, shirting, voiles, lycra fabrics, etc, in both cotton as well as viscose compositions. |

RC Apparels has a state of the art laundry for garment processing of 200,000 pcs per month. All kinds of washing facility including enzyme wash, tinting, over-dyeing, pigment , reactive and sulphur dyeing, bio-polish, softener wash, etc, is available in the plant.,
The unit excels in dry processes of all types namely, sandblasting, crumpling, tagging, whiskering, wrinkling, etc. Washing of denim, non-denims as well as knitted garments is undertaken in the plant. |
